Welcoming Robin Fleming: OnBoard’s Chief Technology Officer

Today, it’s an honor to share that Robin Fleming has joined OnBoard and the larger Passageways organization as Chief Technology Officer. With this addition of experienced engineering and development talent, OnBoard and eScribe will be poised to deliver even more intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions for our combined customers.  

Robin brings a wealth of experience from technology leadership roles at Aprimo, Teradata, Angie’s List, and most recently, Anvl, which she co-founded and led as CEO. Robin has earned a reputation as an executive who leads teams in creating reliable, innovative, and scalable software that creates real value.  

“I’ve had a rich career in technology, and I feel very fortunate with all the companies I’ve worked with,” Robin says. “I’ve been challenged and able to grow into a specialty in commercial software and scaling platforms and systems.”  

Robin’s impressive technical and leadership skills, combined with her board experience, make her an ideal fit for OnBoard. She serves on multiple boards, guiding startups and tech companies toward their strategic goals. Robin is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Extraordinary Women on Boards, reflecting her deep understanding of corporate governance.
