Tim Adair is the Chief Product Officer at OnBoard, where he leads product strategy and innovation focused on improving how boards prepare, collaborate, and make decisions. He brings nearly 20 years of product leadership experience, with previous roles at Phenom and SAP SuccessFactors, as well as experience helping build and scale products from the startup stage through global enterprise organizations. At OnBoard, Tim is focused on creating intuitive, customer-driven technology that advances the board experience and the role of AI in modern governance.

Michael Staden is the Senior Director of Product Management leading OnBoard’s AI Assist flagship launch. He’s spent his career building AI/ML platforms that scale, across AdTech, MarTech, and HRTech, before bringing that expertise to reshape how boards work. Michael stays close to the people using the product, turning real board workflows into roadmap decisions.
