OnBoard vs Boardvantage

When a Product Is an Afterthought, Your Board Feels It

Boardvantage sits inside a parent company with bigger priorities — leaving directors with a product that moves slowly, ships updates late and struggles to keep pace with real governance work. When innovation stalls, prep drags and confidence drops. Shift to a platform designed only for boards — OnBoard.

Focused Technology, Faster Progress

Choose a provider dedicated to one platform – not an "and" product buried inside a global enterprise.

My board materials are now professionally housed in one place with an easy interface for my board to navigate and obtain whatever they need. The agenda timer has encouraged speakers to be more mindful of the meeting progress and keep things running on track.

Great customer service from day one, and I mean from the first sales/demo meeting we had with them. We were given a lot of support to successfully manage a trial. Our salesperson took the time to help figure out a process for us to incorporate our e-voting needs.

The software is user-friendly which is really nice. Training has been great! Response time is super. We never seem to wait more than a few minutes to get an answer to questions. The site is easy to understand.

A Platform That Can’t Keep Up Slows Everyone Down

Don’t let stalled innovation drag decisions. Strengthen adoption, sharpen preparation, and keep governance predictable with a platform built to advance — not one competing for attention inside a corporate portfolio. Directors stay focused. Admins stop compensating for missing or delayed improvements.

Adoption That Starts on Day One

Give directors an interface that works the way they expect from the first tap. Instantly notice faster workflows and a product that makes preparation smoother. Instead of waiting on overdue updates, directors prep earlier and stay engaged without fighting an aging tool.
