Welcome to Passageways, Tim Adair! We are thrilled to announce the addition of Tim Adair to our team as Chief Product Officer (CPO) for OnBoard and eScribe. With nearly 20 years of experience in product development and a strong focus on customer feedback, Tim is poised to lead our teams to new heights in 2024 and beyond.

Who is Tim Adair?

Tim Adair brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in continual product development. With a track record spanning two decades, Tim has held leadership positions in various organizations, including working with industry giants like SAP. His journey from startup origins to collaborating with global leaders has equipped him with a unique perspective and a deep understanding of what it takes to drive product success.

Tim’s most recent post was Executive Director of Product Management at Phenom. Prior to that, he played pivotal roles at SAP SuccessFactors, including Senior Director of Product Management. Tim joined SAP through the acquisition of Jobs2web, where he was an early employee who helped develop user experience and product innovation.

Why is Product Essential to Customer Experience?

At Passageways, we understand that customer experience is at the core of everything we do. As Tim Adair joins our team, his insights reaffirm the significance of product development in shaping customer experiences.

“Our OnBoard and eScribe products are not just tools; they are experiences that transform how customers and users engage with their boards, their committees, and their communities,” Tim says. “Our goal – now and in the future – is to make the product experience as simple and effective as possible while providing a ton of value right away for users.”

And when you can deliver that value to customers, it’s a net win for customers and the organization and its stakeholders. Whatever metric you measure, ARR growth, Net Promoter Score, customer retention, or user engagement – none of these goals can tangibly be achieved in today’s highly competitive software market without world–class customer and user experience.
