Paroon Chadha is Co-Founder & CEO of OnBoard and eScribe, online platforms for board and city council meetings for public, private, nonprofit and government sectors. He founded the parent company in 2003 at Purdue University and has headquarters in Indianapolis, with over 5,000 customers across North America, EMEA and APAC. OnBoard ranks as the No. 1 governance platform in online reviews and the No. 2 platform in North America by units sold. The company has been on Inc.500 and Inc. 5000 lists in the past.
Chadha serves on boards at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and PeaceTech Lab. Chadha frequently speaks and writes about board governance and entrepreneurship. A YPO member, and a proud Purdue University alumni, Chadha was designated a Purdue Innovator in the university’s Hall of Fame in 2013.
Tim brings over 18 years of diverse product management experience, ranging from VC-backed startups to large enterprise software organizations. Notably, he was Executive Director of Product Management at Phenom.
Before this, Tim played pivotal roles at SAP SuccessFactors, including Senior Director of Product Management. He helped lead the acquisition of Paris-based Multiposting while on an expat assignment in Germany. Tim joined SAP through the acquisition of Jobs2web, where he was an early employee and helped drive product innovation.
Rashmi is the Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for all go-to-market and marketing functions including brand & corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing & sales enablement.
Before joining Passageways, she worked at Capgemini for 4 years in Asia and Europe. Her experience in the SaaS industry spans various functions including customer relationship management, delivery management, project management, and product development.
She has an undergraduate degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management.
Kevin Donovan is OnBoard’s Chief Revenue Officer. Well-known as a collaborative and cross-functional leader, Donovan brings decades of coaching experience in sales and sports to the table.
Donovan brings a wealth of experience to the role, previously leading and scaling revenue teams at EVERC, Autotask, and MapInfo.
Karissa Fritz is the Senior Director of OnBoard Customer Success, leading our Implementation, Growth, and Customer Success Management teams. She joined Passageways in 2008 and has 15+ years of customer service experience. Her leadership is matched by breadth of experience at Passageways, including roles in Support, Sales, and Implementation. She brings this range of experience to every customer interaction, ensuring her team delivers answers and delights at every turn.
Rob Kunzler is Passageways’ Chief Marketing Officer. With 20+ years of executive marketing leadership experience, Kunzler brings proven expertise in brand development, lead generation, partner and alliance marketing, direct marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, and public relations.
His responsibilities include developing and executing a B2B strategic marketing plan focused on demand generation and brand elevation for the company’s flagship OnBoard product.
Adarsh is OnBoard’s General Counsel & Director, Business Development. He brings over ten years of public sector experience at both the state and federal level. Most recently, he served as a Senior Director of Policy and Research for Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb, where he spearheaded the creation of the Next Level Fund, the state’s $250M private equity and venture capital investment vehicle. Adarsh holds a J.D. and Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington, and has served the community in numerous board and volunteer roles and is a two-time recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash.
Brad Mueller is the Senior Director of Mobile Engineering. He defines the technical vision and strategy for Passageways mobile products.
Before joining Passageways, Brad was a founding partner at Cellaflora, a product consulting firm, where he was the lead engineer on 30+ projects. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Neophytos Palettas is the Vice President of Design at OnBoard. Neophytos is responsible for all product design at Passageways, including the look and feel of OnBoard’s user interface, user experience, as well as pursuing new ideas and future corporate initiatives.
Neo believes design is interdisciplinary and is proud to be applying design thinking to topics such as system design, product design, service design, and strategy.
Before joining Passageways, Neo was a founding partner at Cellaflora, a product design studio, where he lead design on 200+ projects. He has a background in biomedical engineering.
Tim brings over 25 years of experience in finance and operations management within private equity portfolio companies as well as multi-billion dollar corporations. Most recently, Taylor served as CFO of FM:Systems, a leading provider of digital workplace management solutions, where he played a strategic role in the Johnson Controls acquisition to expand their digital buildings capabilities.
Prior to FM:Systems, Tim was CFO of PAS Global. Taylor has held several leadership positions including roles at Eagle Global Logistics, Deloitte & Touche, Protiviti and Arthur Andersen.
