Paroon Chadha

Paroon Chadha co-founded Passageways in 2003 and continues to lead its business strategy, as CEO. He serves on Boards at Passageways, Big Brother Big Sister of Greater Lafayette, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and TechPoint. He was a founding member of Youwecan.org, and is an angel investor in several technology companies.

Paroon is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been widely published in several magazines. He led Passageway’s sales team to be named in the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing businesses in America, in 2008. He was named in the Hall of Fame at Purdue University as a Purdue Innovator, in 2013.

Colin Cunningham

Colin Cunningham is Passageways Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Colin oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions.

Cunningham joins Passageways with 25+ years’ experience in finance, strategic, and management experience across the SaaS industry, including roles such as Chief Financial Officer of VeriCite, Vice President of Finance at Aprimo, and Vice President of Finance at Teradata.

Rob Kunzler

Rob Kunzler is Passageways’ Chief Marketing Officer. With 20+ years of executive marketing leadership experience, Kunzler brings proven expertise in brand development, lead generation, partner and alliance marketing, direct marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, and public relations. 

His responsibilities include developing and executing a B2B strategic marketing plan focused on demand generation and brand elevation for the company’s flagship OnBoard product.

Kevin Donovan

Kevin Donovan is OnBoard’s Chief Revenue Officer. Well-known as a collaborative and cross-functional leader, Donovan brings decades of coaching experience in sales and sports to the table. 

Donovan brings a wealth of experience to the role, previously leading and scaling revenue teams at EVERC, Autotask, and MapInfo.

Doug Wilson

Doug Wilson is OnBoard’s Chief Product Officer. Doug oversees the development of OnBoard and OnSemble. His teams are responsible for delivering the products that solve real world challenges, delight our customers, and enable teams to perform better, together. Throughout his career, Doug has led cross-functional teams to design, build and launch software solutions and develop ongoing product strategy.

Doug joins Passageways with 15+ years experience in product management, including roles as Director, Product Management at Salesforce, Vice president of Product at Lessonly, and Vice President of Product at Doxly, Inc.

Mick Cobb

Mick is OnBoard’s Chief Technology Officer. He’s an accomplished leader in Software Development, IT Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture and Data Security who consistently delivers assets that drive growth and shape cultures.

He combines extensive experience in turnaround, start-up and large-scale enterprise environments. Mick holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rashmi Bijai

Rashmi is the Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for all go-to-market and marketing functions including brand & corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing & sales enablement.

Before joining Passageways, she worked at Capgemini for 4 years in Asia and Europe. Her experience in the SaaS industry spans various functions including customer relationship management, delivery management, project management, and product development. 

She has an undergraduate degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management.

Karissa Fritz

Karissa Fritz is the Senior Director of OnBoard Customer Success, leading our Implementation, Growth, and Customer Success Management teams. She joined Passageways in 2008 and has 15+ years of customer service experience. Her leadership is matched by breadth of experience at Passageways, including roles in Support, Sales, and Implementation. She brings this range of experience to every customer interaction, ensuring her team delivers answers and delights at every turn. 

Nancy Gutwein

Nancy is the Director of People Operations and  is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and benefits strategies, and people operations in general.

Prior to joining Passageways, Nancy spent two years doing HR for B2B SaaS Startups at High Alpha and four years at LivingSocial in Washington, DC.

Paul Stark

Paul Stark is a director at OnBoard having joined five years ago to spearhead the international expansion; he currently leads the EMEA and APAC teams. With 15 years of experience in the board portal sector, Paul has witnessed and influenced the evolution of board portals over this time and constantly strives to improve how OnBoard supports high-performing boards.

Bob Nye

Bob has deep experience helping growth companies build value. He is currently a director of Adknowledge, AlertMedia, Benevity, Higher Logic, Level Access, and Raptor Technologies, as well as a member of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA) board of directors. Prior to joining JMI in 2005, Bob was a consultant with Bates White, an economic consulting firm focused on econometric and statistical modeling.

Mac Williams

Mac joined JMI in 2016. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Mac is a board observer at Alert Media, Businessolver, Higher Logic, and UKG. Prior to joining JMI, Mac was an analyst at Tiger Veda Management. Previously, he was an associate at New Mountain Capital and a mergers and acquisitions analyst at Lazard.

Krishna Potarazu

As a member of JMI’s operating team, Krishna works closely with portfolio companies to help accelerate growth and navigate operational challenges. He currently serves on the boards of CampusLogic, TimelyMD, and Unanet and is a board observer at CipherHealth, Jvion, SpaceIQ, and Yello. Prior to joining JMI in 2008, Krishna was a financial analyst in the general industrial group at Morgan Stanley.

Fred Coulson

Fred is the Founder and Managing Partner of Five Elms. Fred is also the Founder and Chairman of Spring Venture Group, the largest digital insurance platform in the senior healthcare market.  

Before founding both Five Elms and Spring in 2006, Fred was a senior investment professional with TH Lee Putnam Ventures, a $1.1 billion private equity firm focused on software-enabled businesses.  

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Fred currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Kansas School of Business as well as the Advancement Board for the University of Kansas Hospital and its Medical School.
