Paroon Chadha co-founded Passageways in 2003 and continues to lead its business strategy, as CEO. He serves on Boards at Passageways, Big Brother Big Sister of Greater Lafayette, Indiana University Simon Cancer Center, and TechPoint. He was a founding member of Youwecan.org, and is an angel investor in several technology companies.
Paroon is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been widely published in several magazines. He led Passageway’s sales team to be named in the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing businesses in America, in 2008. He was named in the Hall of Fame at Purdue University as a Purdue Innovator, in 2013.
Rashmi is the Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for all go-to-market and marketing functions including brand & corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing & sales enablement.
Before joining Passageways, she worked at Capgemini for 4 years in Asia and Europe. Her experience in the SaaS industry spans various functions including customer relationship management, delivery management, project management, and product development.
She has an undergraduate degree from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management.
Martyn is OnBoard’s Chief Product Officer, overseeing the development of the OnBoard and eScribe platforms. He started his career at the Chartered Governance Institute, working for more than a decade on governance policy, corporate social responsibility, board effectiveness, and the inner workings of governance operations. At the Governance Institute, he launched and led the BoardPad governance product. Martyn led strategy for Nasdaq’s Boardvantage and Director Desk products and launched Nasdaq’s Center for Corporate Governance. Throughout his career he has worked as an advisor for board chairs and general counsels, working with 100+ boards to provide advice on board dynamics and effectiveness.
Mick is OnBoard’s Chief Technology Officer. He’s an accomplished leader in Software Development, IT Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture and Data Security who consistently delivers assets that drive growth and shape cultures.
He combines extensive experience in turnaround, start-up and large-scale enterprise environments. Mick holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Colin Cunningham is Passageways Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Colin oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, M&A, investor relations, internal audit and tax functions.
Cunningham joins Passageways with 25+ years’ experience in finance, strategic, and management experience across the SaaS industry, including roles such as Chief Financial Officer of VeriCite, Vice President of Finance at Aprimo, and Vice President of Finance at Teradata.
Kevin Donovan is OnBoard’s Chief Revenue Officer. Well-known as a collaborative and cross-functional leader, Donovan brings decades of coaching experience in sales and sports to the table.
Donovan brings a wealth of experience to the role, previously leading and scaling revenue teams at EVERC, Autotask, and MapInfo.
Karissa Fritz is the Senior Director of OnBoard Customer Success, leading our Implementation, Growth, and Customer Success Management teams. She joined Passageways in 2008 and has 15+ years of customer service experience. Her leadership is matched by breadth of experience at Passageways, including roles in Support, Sales, and Implementation. She brings this range of experience to every customer interaction, ensuring her team delivers answers and delights at every turn.
Rob Kunzler is Passageways’ Chief Marketing Officer. With 20+ years of executive marketing leadership experience, Kunzler brings proven expertise in brand development, lead generation, partner and alliance marketing, direct marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, and public relations.
His responsibilities include developing and executing a B2B strategic marketing plan focused on demand generation and brand elevation for the company’s flagship OnBoard product.
Adarsh is OnBoard’s General Counsel & Director, Business Development. He brings over ten years of public sector experience at both the state and federal level. Most recently, he served as a Senior Director of Policy and Research for Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb, where he spearheaded the creation of the Next Level Fund, the state’s $250M private equity and venture capital investment vehicle. Adarsh holds a J.D. and Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University-Bloomington, and has served the community in numerous board and volunteer roles and is a two-time recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash.
Brad Mueller is the Senior Director of Mobile Engineering. He defines the technical vision and strategy for Passageways mobile products.
Before joining Passageways, Brad was a founding partner at Cellaflora, a product consulting firm, where he was the lead engineer on 30+ projects. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
Neophytos Palettas is the Senior Director of Design at Passageways. Neophytos is responsible for all product design at Passageways, including the look and feel of OnBoard’s user interface, user experience, as well as pursuing new ideas and future corporate initiatives.
Neo believes design is interdisciplinary and is proud to be applying design thinking to topics such as system design, product design, service design, and strategy.
Before joining Passageways, Neo was a founding partner at Cellaflora, a product design studio, where he lead design on 200+ projects. He has a background in biomedical engineering.
