Joanna Has been taking minutes since her first job, and still does today and has been training others for years. She offers in-person courses with extensive practical work to develop minute-taking skill, and online webinars which use worked examples (and some practice) so people leave feeling confident to develop their skills in the workplace. In addition a self-learning program will be launched in September to support those who’s diverse needs make it difficult to attend a course, or who just missed the training available to a group.
