The board has ultimate authority for the organisation and so has accountability for its actions and performance.

It’s all about making individuals or groups responsible for their actions. This means praise and acknowledgement when things go well, and liability, ownership and consequences when things don’t go so well. Another core element of this is presenting fair, accurate and honest information to stakeholders.

Join OnBoard’s CEO Paroon Chadha and special guest Marion Macleod as they discuss how boards can track and demonstrate their accountability to their organisation and it’s members.

Register your spot to learn:

  • The need for training and active participation of new board members
  • Why board culture and collaboration is important
  • How to manage risk and how the use of decision registers fits in
  • The role technology plays in managing accountability
