AI is moving faster than many organizations are prepared to govern. While some are turning that momentum into meaningful ROI, others are still struggling to integrate AI effectively. For boards and executive teams, that gap is becoming harder to ignore.

Drawing on findings from Protiviti’s third annual Global Board Governance Survey, conducted in partnership with BoardProspects, this webinar will explore how confidence in responsible AI integration, ethical deployment, and governance frameworks is linked to stronger business outcomes.

Based on a global survey of board members and C-suite leaders, the discussion will examine how AI benefits, risks, and obstacles vary by organizational maturity, why innovation risk has emerged as a top concern for more advanced organizations, and what that means for board oversight. Attendees will gain practical insights to help boards ask better questions, strengthen governance, and oversee AI-driven transformation with greater confidence.

Learning Objectives:

Differentiate between organizations with higher and lower levels of AI maturity based on confidence in AI integration, governance practices, and realized return on investment.

Evaluate the key benefits and risks associated with AI adoption, including operational efficiency, customer experience impact, and innovation-related risk.

Apply survey insights to strengthen board-level oversight and discussions related to AI governance and AI-driven transformation.
