Is your board creating value or destroying it?

Boards are more engaged than ever. In our annual 2022 Board Effectiveness Survey, 63% of board members said their board was more collaborative in the past 12 months.

For all these advantages of board engagement, a more active board can create friction between the board and the day-to-day operations. Boards need a new roadmap for when to lead, partner, or stay out of the way.

Join us May 12th, at 2 PM ET for a discussion between Ram Charan, author of the best-selling Boards that Lead, and Paroon Chadha, co-founder and CEO of OnBoard, as they discuss the shared leadership of boards and executives.

In this session, Ram and Paroon will discuss:

  • Succession planning
  • Recruiting directors that add value
  • Rooting out board dysfunction
  • Setting a high bar on ethics and risk
  • Taking boards from monitors to leaders

Who is this webinar for?

Successful, effective board meetings are a team effort, and every element of board work can be optimized. This interactive session will be a learning opportunity for anyone who relies on effective board meetings, including:

  • CEOs & Leadership
