Gaetan Cotton

Gaetan Cotton, Senior Service Designer

Expanding from a first career in journalism and photography, Gaetan has spent the past two decades helping organisations build bridges between users and digital technology. He currently is a Senior Service Designer for the IfATE. In 2019 he started the board portal project with a core team of a dozen colleagues, rapidly growing to over 450 users of the OnBoard platform. Previously he’s worked in the travel and publishing industries, in start-ups and consulting agencies for local and national government departments.

Anderson Dry

Anderson Dy, Vice President Sales International

Anderson Dy is a strategic, commercially astute & highly analytical sales professional with a wealth of experience in the technology sector. As the VP Sales for OnBoard's international markets, he spearheads the sales & business development team for EMEA, APAC & emerging markets. Anderson has the influence to drive organisations forward with proven strengths across sales, business development & partnerships to deliver success. Holding a PhD from the University of Kent, Anderson has a highly successful sales background in technology, data management, aviation & security verticals.

Robert Barham-Brown

Robert Barham-Brown is Head of Customer Success Services for OnBoard and leads the UK Customer Success Team, supporting both UK and international customers. Robert has extensive experience of working within education having previously held the position of Governance Officer in an educational institution and currently sits on the Audit and Risk Committee for the Dover Federation for the Arts Multi Academy Trust.
