Colonel David Fivecoat

As founder of Fivecoat Consulting Group, Col. David Fivecoat has helped hundreds of individuals enhance their leadership skills through executive coaching, speaking, and leadership events. Col. Fivecoat served 24 years as an Army infantry officer, leading men and women soldiers during contingency operations in Kosovo and Bosnia, three tours in Iraq, and a combat tour commanding a battalion in Afghanistan – leading troops in more than 41 months in combat operations combined.

His service culminated as the commander tasked with successfully completing the gender integration of the US Army’s Ranger School in 2015 – the first-ever gender integration of its kinds in the Army’s history.
