Lafayette, IN (Jan. 14, 2019) — Passageways announced today the extension of its Preferred Service Provider agreement with Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). The extension preserves Passageways’ OnBoard Board Portal and OnSemble Employee Intranet as the exclusive preferred board portal and intranet for community banks. Passageways has been an ICBA Preferred Service Provider since 2015.

“In today’s complex banking environment, community bank directors and employees rely on readily accessible, accurate and timely information to ensure proper compliance and help meet business goals and objectives,” said Chris Lorence, ICBA’s group executive vice president of member engagement and strategy. “Passageways technology is easy-to-use, secure, and drives collaboration for more thoughtful deliberations.”

Passageways’ OnBoard is a board meeting solution that streamlines in-person and remote meetings, making them more focused, effective, and productive. OnBoard is used by over 2,000 boards and committees, to create digital agendas and includes tools for meeting notifications, surveys, approval of initiatives, and electronic signatures.

OnSemble is a drag and drop employee intranet that empowers workers to track goals, collaborate on documents, discover the latest company news, while serving as a centralized resource for all product and services information. OnSemble was named the G2 Crowd Intranet leader in both user satisfaction and market presence.

“We are thrilled to continue our strategic relationship with ICBA,” said Paroon Chadha, Passageways co-founder and CEO. “We’ve worked with community banks for more than a decade to develop products that deliver value by improving governance and employee collaboration. This agreement cements Passageways commitment to community bankers.”

Passageways will also award six Community Bank Innovator Scholarships to its annual PowWOW user conference. At PowWOW, attendees gather for thought leadership, networking, and a first-look at Passageways’ plans for the future.
